Job Qualifications:

  • BS Accountancy graduate with CPA license
  • Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
  • Excellent analytical skills to handle consolidated reports from medium to large branches
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles including taxation laws and other Accounting related matters.
  • Deep knowledge of accounting software
  • Ability to explain complex financial data in clear, straightforward language
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Handle pressure well, especially when preparing quarterly and annual reports
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work

Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll. Recruits and hires Accounting staff and conducts performance evaluations. Implements training for new hires and identifies training opportunities for current staff.
